We dye in small, carefully managed batches to ensure quality, which means a minimum order of 5 skeins per yarn base and colorway is required. Whether you need just five skeins or a full 125, we’ve got you covered—there’s no maximum order limit.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way, so you can follow the journey of your custom yarn. Please note that our current processing time for Dyed to Order yarns is approximately 2-3 weeks.

Step 1: Choose Your Base

Colorways may vary in appearance slightly depending on the composition and weight of the base they are dyed on. Non-Superwash yarns tend to dye up slightly less vibrant(still beautiful) and speckles may appear more diffused and less sharp. Alpaca takes dye differently, with darker hues usually appearing lighter in color.

Heirloom Carrot is a celebration of nature’s bold palette. This colorway bursts with golden yellows, sunlit oranges, unexpected pinks, and the deep, dusky purples and blues of richly pigmented roots. This colorway was inspired by the beauty of heirloom carrot varieties.  Heirloom Carrot has a powerful presence when knit up and pairs well with solid or semi-solid neutrals.

Carrot Tops

Carrot Tops is vibrant, like the feathery crowns of newly pulled carrots. Dyed in vivid shades of green, from bright chartreuse to garden-leaf hues.  It evokes the scent of sun kissed morning dew on the grass.  Carrot Tops is a fresh spring semi-solid that’s perfect for statement pieces.

Virga🌦️

Named for the rain that falls but never touches the ground, Virga captures what remains of the sky after a spring storm. Pale blues and gentle greys drift together like lingering clouds, with soft glimmers of pink and yellow like sunlight bending through falling rain. Virga is a ozonic colorway that complements airy knits.

Blushcap
